Lexington TN. This beautiful 2 story home with a large fireplace required 20 Ram Jack helical piers to stabilize the structure. The average pier depth was 30' after a 7' excavation to reach the footer. Due to deteriorating CMU blocks the patio had to be removed to restore the failing CMU blocks. Additionally a new footer was poured, core filled foundation walls were added to support the fireplace.
