Davidson County Correctional Center. Davidson County Correctional Center work in process.

Davidson County TN. We were contacted by Tony Snyder from Snyder Engineering to look at the Davidson County Correction Center. The building had two [2] stair step cracks on either side of building, indicating that whole side of building was settling.
Ram Jack of TN installed 10 Ram Jack steel piers to stabilize and recover elevation loss - approximately 1/4" recovery.

Milan Ammunitions plant, Milan TN.

Due to security on this job, picture taking was not permitted.

Army Ammunitions Plant, Milan, TN. Ram Jack of TN performed work on various buildings and separate occasions to install 84 interior piers. Concrete was cut and removed before 41 pre construction piers were installed. Re-bar was dial pinned and concrete re poured to finish out the floors and the job.

Natchez Trace Youth Academy. Natchez Trace Youth Academy repair. Natchez Trace Youth Academy in Waverly, TN experienced cold air escaping from a large walk-in freezer located behind the cafeteria. Ram Jack of TN installed four [4] helical piers and lifted the corner of the freezer to level and stabilize this piece of equipment. All settlement cracks were repaired and patched in the work area as well.

City of Bells City Hall repair. City of Bells City Hall repair in process.

City of Bells, City Hall building settled in the vestibule area. This repair required the concrete in vestibule area be cut and removed. Five [5] Ram Jack piles were driven an average depth of 40 feet. Dial pinned to existing concrete and installed re-bar grids, then re-poured the concrete floor and laid new tile.
