Mr. Bolton,

It was truly a great experience dealing with Ram Jack. The service was second to none, from the inspection to the intense labor required. The labor performed was very thorough. The dining room has settled at least 6 inches. Five steel pilings were driven 20ft. under the ground placed under 6x6 posts. Unfortunately there was an existing deck surrounding the posts. They carefully cut several deck boards to make room for the pilings. Instead of replacing the boards with the existing ones they replaced each board with new ones. When the work was completed the dining room floor was completely level. Then came the clean up. The work area ended up looking exactly how it did before the work was performed. I would recommend Ram Jack to anyone who was looking for quality work.

I wanted to tell you that I was (am) VERY pleased with the work that I can see. Therefore, I am sure that the work under the house (that I cannot get under to see ) has been completed properly. My son-in-law was here with me on Tuesday, but after watching and listening to your crew, I told him to go to work on Wednesday. I felt that I could trust these men to do their fob. I am a widow and it meant a great deal to me that I could trust this crew.

Marcus, Joe, Vinny and D.K. were very professional and courteous. When they left my home there was not a speck of anything to be picked up. Plus they wiped their feet and I didn't have a spot of any kind on the carpet.

Dear Mr. Bolton:

Just about a month ago now I engaged Ram Jack of Tennessee to undertake foundation reinforcement at my home. The work was scheduled, at my request, to begin on July 7, 2008. I chose Ram Jack on the basis of the comprehensive technical information I was provided and the representations made by your Memphis Regional Development Manager, Michael Seebeck. I should add that his responsiveness and follow-up signaled that I would be dealing with a credible and reliable Contractor.

Your work crews recently completed the 3-½ day effort at my home installing 7 external helical piles and 8 internal piles. I had no prior illusions that the project would be a simple one, but I had not fully anticipated the enormity of the effort required to execute it. Ram Jack and I were both well served by the seven young men who labored so hard to satisfactorily complete the work and meet every reasonable client expectation. I refer to:

Each earned my highest respect for what they did and the way they did it. Their work and attitude was professional in every respect. They were conscientious about safety and creatively dealt with the unexpected. Equally noteworthy was the care that they took to prevent any damage to areas adjacent to the work, no small task given the nature of the work and the confined space in which it was often conducted. At the conclusion of the job, they were thorough in assuring that all debris was removed and that conditions were as they initially found them. Without question, their tasks were physically exhausting, but I never had an encounter where the crew was anything but personable, courteous, and good-humored.

I must add that Mike Seebeck had a regular presence over the course of the project. He was vigilant in assuring that my expectations were being met and resolving any questions that I might have.

I dare say that, at best, neither of us will live long enough to know whether the performance expectations for the Ram Jack technology installed in my residence have been met. But neither of us could expect more of the Ram Jack personnel who have been involved with its installation at my home. I hope you will find some meaningful way to acknowledge the contribution they have made to the reputation of Ram Jack of Tennessee and the extended network of Ram Jack dealerships.
